Factors that affect human health

The following are factors that affect human health, namely:

1. AIR
Air is a basic human need, losing just a few minutes of air can be fatal to the body, the air that the body needs is healthy natural air, pollution free, but it is undeniable that humans are very difficult to choose healthy air that will be inhaled every day.

Air contaminated with free radicals such as from factory waste pollution, vehicle pollution and others. When too many free radicals enter the human body, it will cause the body to become sick easily because of the high free radicals in the body that can inhibit blood flow in the body's immunity formation process, and the body also has the potential to contract cancer and so on. So what can be done is to fight, or rather clean up free radicals that have entered the body by consuming more antioxidants from vegetables or fruit or even consuming natural herbal supplements that contain high antioxidants.

2. WATER
the human body also needs water to survive, even 75% of the body composition consists of water. Often humans are insufficient for daily fluids and also have difficulty choosing healthy and clean water to be consumed and unconsciously consuming water that seems healthy but still not healthy and clean so that this can make illnesses like diarrhea, intestinal infections etc. 

3. FOOD & DRINK
Basically the human body is a reflection of what has been consumed and drunk in the past. Food and beverages are the most influential factors in human health, and these factors are also very difficult to change, both because of the influence of habits, passions, environment, and finance. Of course a diet that is less balanced or in the sense of a diet that is high in saturated fat, ready-to-eat foods that are low in vegetables and fruits will certainly make a person easily fall ill.

4. STRESS
Without realizing it or realizing that someone's health is very dependent on the stress conditions of each person. Scientifically it is stated that someone who is stressed or depressed by the problems faced automatically will give a negative response in the form of decreasing endorvin hormone production, serotonin (a body hormone that plays a role in the formation of body immunity). Then the body will experience a decrease in the level of immunity (immunity) when this is the body becomes very vulnerable to various diseases both from inside and outside the body.

5. SPORTS
Sports is one of the most important keys in maintaining the health of the human body and is the best choice for burning calories (energy), accelerating blood flow and accelerating the body's metabolism. Unfortunately many of us do not have regular exercise habits, at least 3 times each week, so that the body cannot be optimal in its natural processes, such as decreasing the process of burning fat, the process of forming immunity or immunity and so on.

6. BREAK
The human body is not a machine that can be turned on non-stop without stopping. Rest is one form of attention / concern for our own body. The assumption is that with enough rest and quality, the body will have the opportunity to detox or cleanse various kinds of poisons, viruses, bacteria and even free radicals which all day into the body, by resting the body can regenerate cells perfectly.
